Came 30 minutes prior to closing and they had their doors locked already.
Upon being asked to accommodate a life threatening allergy, this location refused service due to them being a half hour from the end of their shift. While I understand the inconvenience, this was a paying customer who, may I add, was on the clock as a first responder. This is extremely disheartening and I find myself reluctant to eat at this company anytime soon.

This particular location was horrible. Came in 15 minutes prior to close. Staff did not want to serve because of allergies requiring additional prep / caution avoiding cross contamination.

Accidentally completed an order and cancelled on Uber eats and the restaurant still charged my card despite cancelling the order 10 seconds after it was placed due to the food already having been “prepared.” Have also had many issues with food quality in the past.
