Ordered to-go on Mother’s Day with curbside pickup. I waited 30 minutes past my pickup time with no notification and nobody came out to deliver the food. I eventually had to go inside and get the order myself, and there were barely any workers to be seen. The food was cold. Disappointing service.
I had an amazing experience at Olive Garden in Falls Church, VA! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The service was quick without feeling rushed, and our server made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.

Fransisco was one of the best servers I have ever had at a restaurant. We came in with a HUGE group of people (me + extended family) and Fransisco was our server.
