All around one of the coolest italian restaurants i've eaten at in a long time.
We were visiting Wash D.C. and stayed in Falls Church. We found this place and tried it out for dinner. We had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, great service by sir William, and reasonable prices. We were seated at a comfortable booth and they played a Frank Sinatra channel that just topped off the experience. Highly recommend. We loved it so much that within 5 nights we went twice.

Best Italian experience
Very disappointing experience. The food had no flavor at all and seemed poorly prepared. The restaurant looks old, run-down, and had an unpleasant musty smell. The service was slow and unfriendly. To make matters worse, the prices are absurdly high for the quality of food and service you receive. This place is not worth the money. I would never come back and I do not recommend it to anyone.

great atmosphere
Went on Valentines Day and was surprised at how great everything was. I am looking forward to going back to try their regular daily menu. And they have a party room in the basement.

Come for the food - it’s amazing (American-)Italian. The fettuccine veal ragu is so good I went back to enjoy it again. Have not had a dish I wouldn’t order again.
The decor is outdated - so you might think of it as “quaint/kitschy” or just old. Servers work very hard but they were understaffed in the two visits I made this quarter. So its all about the food here

Went to this horrible restaurant atmosphere was a very weird smell of old and rot the celling on the entrance looked like it was gonna collapse. I ordered lasagna but it looked like they dumped a whole can of tomato paste and didn’t taste like if it were cooked right I also got lobster but barely had meat and was manly the shell the drinks did not taste fresh but had a taste of old soda I am not satisfied with this place fix it.

Pistone’s Italian Inn is such a cozy and welcoming spot. The food feels homemade and full of flavor, especially the pasta and sauces. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxed and charming, perfect for a casual dinner. I’d happily return.

Old-school in tje best way possible. Food is very good but the service is excellent. Great spot for an evening dinner to catch up with friends or family. Especially if you're a wine fan.
