Pollo Campero is hands down my favorite fried chicken spot! Every single time I go, the food is fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The citrus-marinated fried chicken is super crispy on the outside and unbelievably juicy on the inside. You can actually taste the marinade through every bite, which sets it way above standard fast-food chicken.
