What a wonderful find, with super-helpful service! Yes, you can get gravy & biscuits if you're a traditionalist, but if (like me) you're not so inclined they offer a wide variety of options from savory to sweet to salads (even a kids' menu). My new fav is The Goodness Gracious, a tower of delciousness built on pulled pork and homemade BBQ.

Only had this from DoorDash but it's solid every time, the greatest biscuits and my family is from the south so I know!

I just came here for the first time today after hearing great reviews, and this place is amazing! I heard its women owned, fantastic! These biscuits are the among the best I've had in my lifetime, and Ive traveled all throughout the South where some of the best biscuits are. I had The Brekkie which was so delicious. The mac n cheese is quite honestly the best Ive had in this area as well. Staff were super kind and friendly. Hands down a gem among this community, I can't wait to come back.

This is an absolute gem that everyone in the Falls Church area (and beyond!) should know about! I've had a few different biscuits here and have been impressed with them all, although I personally prefer the savory options to sweet. The Goodness Gracious (pulled pork) has great flavor and is a favorite of mine, but the best ones for me have typically been the collaborations they do with other local businesses- the menu for these rotates but the ones I've tried have all been excellent. I also really like the sweet potato tots as a side. Everything is made to order and comes out piping hot, and the portions are generous. It keeps well as takeout, too! Every time I've come here, the service could not be nicer, it has really kept me coming back. There's also good parking availability out front and a dish of Hershey's Kisses in front of the cashier for a sweet treat while you're waiting.

Biscuit with meat was quite delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast biscuit.

Very unique experience, several of the main items have vegan alternatives using things like plant based sausage, plant based egg, etc. Owner was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding vegan substitutes

Good midday spot if you in mood for biscuits and something southern. Was not expecting such a southern style menu from the outside or the inside decor. Biscuits and gravy were super filling and would absolutely get again. Tons of flavors and the right texture. The biscuit in the breakfast sandwich was too dry for my taste.

Wow - local, women owned, delicious! Perfect treat for a Sunday morning we wanted something sweet - this was delicious via it was flakey yet dense. We sat to eat the one with ice cream as we knew it would melt and glad we did. Their menu is great for sweet and savory but if you want something other than a biscuit sandwich you're going to be out of luck Wil be back to try the savory options!

I'm so glad to give Preservation Biscuit Company (PBC) another try - the last experience I had wasn't a great one, and I really wanted to have the same similar delicious experience as others! I really liked that PBC does collaborations, pop-ups, as well as seasonal features. When I saw on their social media that they had a Lomo Saltado, I knew I had to check it out! The Lomo Saltado was prepared with steak strips, provolone cheese, an over easy egg, onions, and a secret sauce (drizzled both in and on top of the biscuit). I love savory things, and this really hit the spot! It was the right amount of saltiness, and that over easy egg that oozed all over was so great; the steak pieces were marinated well and very flavorful. The biscuit, surprisingly, was warm, fluffy, and tasty, and I was glad that I went early enough to taste the freshness of it. Staff were very friendly, and you can either take your items to go or dine-in; there are a handful tables inside where you can enjoy your meal. Glad I was able to stop by for another visit; I'd like to try out their other limited-time items! Parking is available in the front of this small strip plaza. +Lomo Saltado biscuit! +features seasonal and limited-time items +friendly staff +parking available

I am so sad I waited a year after moving here to try PBC. Oh my goodness wow!! I grew up in North Carolina and am kind of fussy about my biscuits. PBC delivers!! I got the pulled pork biscuit sandwich and I think I fell in love. I got a few extra biscuits to have later with their homemade jams (strawberry is my favorite). When I went to pick my order up, the staff were friendly and warm. My order was ready to go right when I got there too! I can't wait to go back and try their strawberry shortcake!!

I was super excited to try this place after I found their Instagram account and everything looked delicious. Cool spot but I was pretty disappointed with the food. We ordered the PBC and Strawberry Shortie. The biscuits didn’t have much flavor and we’re dry. Very average.

Saw a YouTuber review this restaurant and I had to go. I am a biscuit and gravy guy so that is what I got. Rest of family got the big breakfast, Strawberry Shortie, and then the Avo-Yonder. Everything was excellent. Biscuits were large and fluffy and not dry. Prices were excellent and worth the trip. I met the owner and she was so nice, everything was cooked perfectly and place was clean. Place was so good I got The PBC to go and ate it for lunch, excellent. We will be back.

I was excited to come in, I love biscuits! Being a small business I always expect warm and friendly service, but I didn’t feel it here. I walked in with two of my small kids and were not sure what to get as I’m not familiar with the menu and the lady at the counter seemed annoyed instead of offering recommendations. Asked for coffee and orange juice and food. The coffee was delivered to the table black with no options of condiments . I had to pick up the juice from the cooler myself. The food was ok. Not sure if it’s worth another visit.
