I am from the South and have been living here for over 25 years. Southern food is the one thing NOVA just can’t get quite right. The biscuits were dry for me. Pretty tasteless. I guess I am used to a more buttery, southern style biscuit. But the place was really cute. Great concept. The sandwich was good overall - just wish the biscuit wasn’t so dry!

We had a wonderful experience at Preservation Biscuit Company! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. One of the things we appreciated most was the separate vegan menu, which made it so easy for everyone in our group to find something they could enjoy.

I had a great experience here, the food was amazing! The biscuits were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Maria was especially lovely and incredibly helpful, she really made us feel very welcome and provided excellent service during our visit here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great biscuits and friendly staff. I'll be back! :)
