Food is good, however be careful with ordering online. I paid extra for toppings and they were not added to my sandwiches. I tried calling the store multiple times for some type of resolution but no one answered the phone. Unfortunately, I’ll just have to take this loss and remember not to order online again.

We were passing through Virginia on a morning errand run and needed a solid breakfast before heading back north. A quick search led us to Preservation Biscuit Company, and the reviews didn’t lie — this place is the real deal.

The menu read like a love letter to Southern comfort, but the PBC biscuit — fried chicken, pimento cheese, and a perfect buttery crumble — was impossible to resist. We grabbed two of those and a mac-and-cheese version for good measure....

We ordered online for our first order. When we picked up the staff confirmed our vegetarian ordered and our regular orders. She then even randomly refunded us $2 without us even mentioning it saying for one of the orders we didn’t have to pay extra for vegetarian meat. I think this speaks a lot about the business that she took initiative of doing that. Picture of the food included!
