This beautifully decorated restaurant left out no details. Spacious, clean, inviting, and and several wonderful harder to find items on the menu. They also had seating upstairs as well.
Their yum pladook foo (crispy fried cat fish) was heavy on the flour batter, so it was hard to break and absorb the dipping sauce. The dipping sauce was wayyyy too salty...and thick...was based on mae ploy chicken/spring roll dipping sauce.

I’ve been to Mum Aroi several times now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area. The flavors are so close to what I’ve had in Thailand truly authentic and comforting.
The boat noodles are hands down the best I’ve had around here, with a rich and flavorful broth. The basil chicken tasted just like what I’d get back home in Thailand, and their crispy pork with Chinese broccoli is another favorite.
