Posting this sort of on behalf of my girlfriend, who grew up on Vietnamese food - this place is one of the most authentic places I’ve gone to, and they do it well. The food was amazing, portions were great, and it was all reasonably priced. I find it odd that they don’t serve you water though.

It wasn't too hype, the rice dishes are good. The bun bo hue just is missing something

This place was our first Vietnamese food restaurant and we love it. They have giant serving sizes which is really good to take away. We also try rice paper rolls ❤️❤️❤️ if you want to meet Vietnamese food, this would be one of the good choices 🙌🏼

Had lunch at Rice Paper and the place was busy even in the afternoon. The pho and beef fried rice were delicious, and the meat was very tender. The staff were friendly but extremely busy, so it took a while to get their attention. Bottled water cost $3 for two, which was a bit unusual — but overall, great food and pleasant atmosphere!

The food is worth the wait. This is our favorite spot when we visit Eden. The menu offers so many great Vietnamese dishes. Make sure to try Nem Nurong - Grilled pork sausage, Ca Phe Sua/Den-Da Nong - Vietnamese Iced coffee , Goi Ngo Sen Tom Thit - Lotus root salad with shrimp & pork,,Chao Ga - Chicken Congee, Ca Kho To - Clay Pot Fish, and Mi Tom Thit - Shrimp & Port Egg Noodles.

I ordered lunch to tqke out based on the good reviews. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed by the spring rolls (xa gio) which were so oily that they were uneatable. I probably ordered the wrong thing but I'd rather try another place next time.

I’d give this spot about 3–4 stars overall. The service was absolutely 5 stars the staff were super friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. They really made us feel taken care of.
But when it comes to the food, it was a bit of a letdown. The duck bamboo soup was bland, almost like flavored water, and the cá thì là (dill fish) just didn’t hit the mark. They used a very low-quality fish, I believe basa, and for the price around $24 USD it felt overpriced. Honestly, you could get a solid steak dinner for the same price with more satisfaction.
Overall, it’s a nice place if you want good service and a comfortable dining experience, but in terms of authentic flavor and value, there are definitely better Vietnamese options nearby.

It was very disappointing, the grilled meat was dried, not tasty, portions were ok but prices went up compare to other restaurants serving the same dishes at the Eden Center. They don’t serve tap water, only bottled water. Service was almost nonexistent and unfriendly. Our waitress took the orders and that was the last time we saw her, never came back to check to see if we needed anything else during our meal. It was a late lunch and wasn’t even busy. This is the last time we will eat here, so many other yummy and cheaper options at the Eden Center.

The waiter was cheating to charge me an extra item I didn’t order. I didn’t look at the bill when making a payment. When I was home and looked at the bill in detail and I found that cheating. I paid over price for this little cheat of the waiter, who think he is smart to get over many of people like me. I’m swear that i am not going back to this place again. Be careful for who coming here if you don’t want to be getting rid of.

Rice Paper reminds me of the original Vietnamese restaurants in Clarendon in the 1980s - bustling, aromatic, authentic. I happened upon its Opening Day, and haven't been elsewhere since. My fave is the Rice Paper Platter (ask staff to show you how to construct), and I usually only order that, but don't overlook appetizers- The more exotic they sound, the better they are.

This place is a real gem. Food is very very delicious, cooked so amazing, used flavorful sauces, and it provides aroma festival.
I will go back to try everything.

One of the best food restaurant in Eden Center, most of the dishes are well taste and good pricing.
However, customer service is bad, they're not super nice and friendly.
