Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies

I purchase smoothies from this location all the time and I love the service and quality of the smoothies that I purchase. Today, was different. I ordered delivery for a smoothie (which usually comes with a bag and tamper proof tape for smoothies) but this came with no bag and no tamper proof tape. I did not feel comfortable drinking so I called the store to ask about my order but the lady could barely speak English. After trying to explain what was wrong with my order she hangs up the phone. I tried calling back but the phone just rings and rings. I am highly disappointed with the service today and now I have to waste $20+ on a smoothie because I don’t feel safe.

I went out of my way after a long day to get a smoothie and showed up about 10 minutes before closing—only to find the doors locked and no one there. That’s incredibly frustrating and honestly unacceptable.

This isn’t even the first issue I’ve had here. The last time I came, they were out of ice… at a smoothie shop. At this point, it’s not just a one-off—it’s a pattern of poor management and lack of basic preparation.

If your posted hours say you’re open, customers should be able to rely on that. Locking up early with no notice and consistently being unprepared is a great way to lose business. Seriously disappointing.

Great smoothies since Smoothie King closed. I come here now regularly but the Blue Gorilla is the bomb!! And Rosa works HARD by herself to make the best smoothies.

I didn't even order anything, I just needed a cup of water. The guy at the register was really helpful and kind. I'll be sure to remember this place next time I'm in the area. Please support this place (plus juice is cool)

I called the store to place an order many times and they never answered. That almost always happens. They don't like to answer phone calls. I would like them to improve on that and have better customer service.

I have been going to this Robeks for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience! I love that it's always quick and easy- especially ordering with the app.

The hours are also great because I can get a smoothie later than other places!

Smoothies are great! However, they were severely understaffed (one employee running the entire place) and messed up our order after we waited forever for it. Idk if this is normal, but if it is, management needs to fix!
