I know this restaurant Saigon 1975 ☝️previous name Fortune restaurant At 7 Córners . the Pho is excellent. Unfortunately a lot good business have shut down cause . Grab and go doesn’t bring enough ? to cover for expenses ? profit for restaurants are on . Wine / beer / mix drinks not on the food unfortunately the COVID-19 has putting all kind of business out ? GOOD bless America ??
Covid has really put Saigon 1975 into a bind. Operation and hours are reduced but we were lucky to enjoy a very nice dim sum lunch there. Staffing is down to just the owner and family members running the place doing mostly take-out. The Dim sum menu is smaller and prices necessarily increased (but still reasonable) for the restaurant to survive and try to cover the rent. Food was very tasty. Excellent service and food. I can say honestly that their fish sauce wings are maybe the best version of wings I've ever had. Almost worth going just for them (though the rest of the menu never disappoints).
