We have already eaten there before but we went on Saturday, December 10, 2023 and when they gave us the food I ordered some roast ribs and they were half cooked but they had a burnt taste and I don't know what happened to the beef soup because we didn't add lemon and sap to it. acid I was sick to my stomach the rest of the day yesterday and today I still haven't eaten so I still feel bad and it's already 8 at night

Tried San Miguel Cafe for the first time in Falls Church, VA. I ordered the Plato Tipico and Carne Guisada. The Plato Tipico came with a pupusa, pork tamale, grilled steak and rice and beans. The Carne Guisada was filled with beef, carrots, potatoes and squash served with rice.
