THEY DONT HAVE BINGSOO (korean shaved ice) ANYMORE! they do have taiwanese shaved ice which did look good, but is an acquired taste. tried their pudding which was disappointing (no flavor, tasted more like jello imo). service was not good, the guy just kept pointing at the kiosks disappointing, but maybe the food is better??

The ice cream was quite disappointing. It was too sweet and they put the topping on the bottom which was really weird. I would not recommend this shaved ice spot.

Wasn't exactly what I was expecting when ordering shaved ice. The presentation was extremely lack luster with all of the toppings at the bottom. Really had to fish for the toppings. It was a too sweet for me personally. The only thing I enjoyed about this was the taro ball topping they had.

Quick and easy bubble team shop with food options as well. I was about to get their famed Oreo Crème Burlee milk tea. The have lots of variety in drinks and quick service!

Decent bingsoo, but with slightly confusing service and store organization. I absolutely adore Korean shaved ice, so I was really grateful to find this spot in Eden Center. It might have just been because I was visiting during COVID times, but the actual Snow Show counter was closed and we had to order from the neighboring boba shop...the signage wasn't particularly clear, and there weren't any staff members on that side of the restaurant, so we ended up thinking that it was just closed for a bit. Aside from that, though, absolutely loved the place! The decor and ambiance were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. They really made the entire restaurant feel like a winter wonderland, with snowflakes, string lights, and fake icicles. The seating was in the shape of mini igloos and absolutely adorable. If nothing else, I would highly recommend just coming here to take a bunch of cute photos. The bingsoo itself is...solid but nothing particularly special. The ice is yummy, and I loved the mini mango mochi and popping pearls. I did thing that there were a bit too many popping pearls compared to the amount of ice -- I felt like the last 30% of the bowl was just popping pearls. The mango was clearly frozen, so it was a bit tough to bite through without my teeth getting a bit too cold, but it was still pretty tasty! Some of the miniature mochi balls had a great, chewy texture, while others seemed to still be frozen. All around, a pretty solid spot, but there's definitely some room for improvement...even so, I'll probably still find myself here again since I'm a bit of a bingsoo addict.

I think that if they just adjusted the ratio of popping pearls to ice and switched to fresh mango, it'd be absolutely perfect!!

I am a fan of meet fresh, but VA does not have a store, so I tried this one. And they call this is shaved ice. Do NOT come here.

Love the house tofu pudding at this shop! But for a number of times it seemed that nobody tended the shop when I came by during business hours.

Came here two times and their food is disgusting. They are now selling at VIVI, which I didn't know and ordered something from them. The tofu pudding is disgusting and so is the year old taro balls. One spoonful taste and threw everything away. Not to mention the nonexistent service of you go there. No one is at the front when you walk in.

Ice cream was good, service bad. The reason I won't come back is because they leave spoons for all their customers to touch our in the open during a global pandemic. I asked if they could keep behind the counter to keep the patrons safe and the cashier said they were too busy to do that. So bring your own spoon or go somewhere else where they care more.

I love the desert here, but their service is pretty slow at times. Overpriced too. Need to improve on customer service.

Really good selection of desserts: the Taro ball series is by far the best, as you can get it either on top of shave ice or red bean soup. The service is a bit slow, mostly due to the fact that it's consistently busy, but the wait is worth it.

Wow I have never had such a bad experience, in every way, with a dessert spot. I was truly excited to come here after passing by it a couple months ago because I'm a huge fan of Meet Fresh and it's basically the same thing. I didn't even bother looking at reviews ahead of time but now I wish I had. I'm just gonna try to summarize the key points: 1. The menu outside is different from the menu inside, which actually if you see the menu pics on Yelp you'll know what I'm talking about (I just noticed one of them literally says Flushing, NY on them). I didn't realize this until I got home and started eating my order. When I was outside, I saw that I wanted the "Snow Show signature taro special". When I got inside and looked at the menu again, it did look slightly different but didn't think much of it and said I wanted the "Signature Taro Special" (in this menu it didn't say "snow show"). When I got home and opened the dessert, I kept thinking "WHERE IS THE RED BEAN". Turns out the menu on the inside did not have red bean while the menu outside did. Not confusing at all. 2. Both menus said $8.5 for the signature taro. I was charged $9. At the moment it was $9.9 total and I was just thinking "man taxes" but really I'm just an idiot who was charged a different price than the menu. 3. I waited for 20 minute for the most average shaved ice dessert when they kept saying it would be just a "few minutes". The cashier never went to the back after the initial ordering, until finally they got up and went to the back and came back out and told us they had actually ran out of taro and had to make some more (boil it I guess) and thats why it took so long. Not sure why they didn't go back and check when I asked them after 10 min how much longer it would take. 4. The dessert itself was so below average. Some of the taro balls were nice and chewy, while others were actually hard on the inside. The taro that I waited 20 minutes to boil was only ok, not even as soft/mushy as I'd like. I only got like 2 small pieces of it. 5. And finally, my last point, I REALLY should have seen the red flags when it was a SUPER nice and busy day at Eden Center, literally EVERY store was bustling with people, EXCEPT Snow Show. This place was DEAD. When we came, there was a couple that left, and then for the 20 minutes we were waiting it was just us inside this stuffy depressing room and I had to take a walk outside because it was taking so long and I did not want to be in there anymore. I REALLY wanted to like this place esp because I really like herbal jelly desserts and I haven't really seen any near me that are like Meet Fresh, but I don't even want to come back to try those anymore. Sigh.
