Got my iced coffee fix at Starbucks at 1218 W Broad St. and it was 🔥 (fire) ! Rae and Herman hooked me up with their signature smiles and perfect pours. Always a solid experience here 👍
I stop here almost daily and this Starbucks is always great. The baristas are friendly, helpful with rewards, and they always say greet me when I walk in. I usually order ahead on the app and my drink is ready when I get there. The store is always clean and well taken care of. Definitely my favorite location.
The music was so loud that she couldn’t even hear my order properly — I had to repeat it five times! Please turn down the volume a bit so customers can actually talk to the staff.
