I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks today! I accidentally made a mistake with my order, and Sarah was incredibly helpful and took care of everything by processing my refund without any hassle. Sara was also so kind and welcoming. They made me feel valued as a customer with their patience and positive attitude for the amazing customer service!
I love the service here but I got a Frappuccino today and it was just foam !!! Also too sweet , I didn’t feel the ice honestly .. it was a bunch of syrup and foam , this is a picture 5 minutes after and i hadn’t even tried it :/
There’s also a little tray of beans out front. No idea what it’s for, but honestly a nice touch. Would come back.
