Their Vietnamese beef intestine hotpot comes with tender tripe, beef tongue, beef brisket and beef meatballs. An absolute gem. It’s served with spicy fermented bean curd, a massive platter of banana blossom/ herbs. And!!! a ton of wide egg noodles to sop up all the good herbal soup and meat. Truly a secret menu item and so so good. Unlike any other hot pot you have ever had.
The food quality, taste and portions are all great!!! The service is also exceptional for a food court style restaurant. They brought us water to the table and helped us packed the leftover when asked.
My wife and I stopped by yesterday on our way home from Baltimore because we didn't want to eat there and found this place by chance on Google. We live near Dumfries and would gladly come back. We also met the owner. My wife had the soup with crab and chicken and I had a noodle dish with homemade peanut sauce and pork. We also ordered the spring rolls. It was her first time trying Vietnamese food and it certainly won't be our last time here. Very kind people and amazing...
