One big meh. I was instructed to order via the kiosk, but the cashier helped the people behind me. When I walked to the counter to pickup my food, I asked for the soda cup and was questioned, quite rudely, if I paid for it.
Besides the terrible customer service, the food was bland considering it what supposed to be hot chicken.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Red Bird Hot Chicken & Fries. The chicken was incredibly fresh, crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. The spice level was perfectly balanced, giving that authentic hot chicken taste without overpowering the food. Their fries were seasoned really well and came out hot and crispy too.

Add to that the value per dollar & I was ready to apply for a franchise (stupid expensive though). Two sandwiches & fries filled even me up for the day.
