Com Tan Suon cha trung (combination grill pork) reminds me how my mom used to make it. Other places do offer same dish but those are taste like restaurant quality. The appeal to this dish is the cut of pork used to make or break this dish. I personally recommend add extra piece of pork chop in case the one that initially given is not enough…which justifies why the cut of pork used is important. Bon bo hue the BEST!! COME ASK FOR the soup and ask for onion cut on the side and add some of their chili sauce ..... Hangover be gone,headache be gone andcold/flu be gone!!! Lol it's good and they are kind and really try to provide the best service they can coming here for a few years now and they never miss.
Bun Bo Hue. Very good. I can’t believe you have this much competition of good viet food in a single location of Eden center. The BBH is a perfect spice level. Not too spicy but enough to let you know is there. The only difference is they don’t give you a whole pork feet but have pieces of pork feet without the bone which I was happy with. Broth was on the slightly sweeter side. It is still very good. Big fan and will visit if I have a chance.
