Ate a bowl of soup and found out suddenly a dead cockroach was in the bowl. Showed to the employee and they did not charge for the food and asked if we wanted another bowl. No way.

Best salty coffee in NOVA

If you are going to charge $17 for a small bowl of pho! Better make sure the broth is worth it. So mediocre! At least now I can check this place as one of the worst pho and restaurant to avoid.

Wonderful atmosphere. Pleasant staff. Great plating and exceptionally tasting food. I could have ordered just the egg rolls. They were flaky and crunchy outside, so delicious inside. I added some fish sauce to taste. It changes the foods slightly, making it spicy and sweet. I suggest only adding it little by little to every bite. The seasoning was excellent. No added soy sauce or salt was needed. Not too salty, either. The dish has a variety of different flavors. I would highly recommend visiting Viet Foods @ The Eden Center. I hope to visit again soon.

The price is too high for the food offered, in my opinion. I ordered C-3 with egg noodles ($15.95), and the meat quality is not so good.

Forgot to bring food to guests, making guests wait for a long time

Sat down and waited at least 15 minutes and never got to order because the workers were too busy talking in the back. We left and went next door, our food came out in less than 5 minutes.

Absolutely my favorite pho! Tender meat, tasty broth full of flavor and fresh sprouts and Basil. Delicious spring rolls as well. Very clean restaurant with friendly service.

Today I'm disappointed with this mandarin's service. My mother ordered vegetarian pho. When my father ate it, it was very bland and food was lacking. My mother had to add lemon juice and cold water into the valve, but she couldn't eat it. I called the mandarin. He didn't even say sorry and even brought a bowl of pho inside. Then I went up to pay and he charged me. I want to post this for everyone to be careful when eating here.

My parents love coming here. My brother takes them every weekend.

Never know how good of this restaurant, but the old man with the glasses who is working so rude to customer. We are traveller and just standing around of his restaurant! Then we decide to come inside when his restaurant almost close, instead of greeting and offering to go order as we planned. He said in the mean voice "why don't you guys come early, I saw u guys walk around maybe choosing restaurants" ! Really?! I can't believe how he can be working or an owner here with his attitude

Would probably give it 4.5 stars but willing to round up. The really liked the ice coffee and the rice combo with the broken rice which I was really surprised at how good the rice was. The clay pot fish was also surprisingly not as good as it’s too salty and the bo bun hue I thought was average. Overall a positive experience. I also got the yogurt at the end which is also really liked.
