“The food was amazing, the music was 90’s and early 2000’s which was great. Our server Lea was the best one that I have had at any restaurant before. The food and entertainment being great was a plus, but I will be figuring out Lea’s schedule just so she can be my server. My wife wanted a buffalo chicken wrap, which wasn’t on the menu, but Lea made it happen. Thank you to the kitchen staff for being accommodating as well. 10/10 fantastic experience.“

“I happened on this restaurant while me and around Farmville kind of lost. It looked interesting, and I was not disappointed. It was a little odd because you go to one building for seating, and they take you to the other building. Looks like restaurant seating in both. The employees were all very nice, friendly and helpful. I saw other reviews that said the sandwiches were huge, and they were not lying. I had to take half of mine home. I would definitely eat here again when I'm in town.“

“Dining area is clean. Seems to be understaffed. Manager cleaning dining area and customers standing for longer than normal periods to be waited on for their orders. Food took a littleonger than expected to be made and served. Staff needs to be more upbeat instead of like they would rather be somewhere else. sandwiches were made on the sloppy side.“

“It has been nearly a decade since I have worked at Charley’s. The atmosphere, staff, and owners had an impact on life that I did not expect in my early 20s. The days where my husband and I dine here have, unfortunately, become less and less these days. There are fewer familiar faces as time passes, but date night always brings us back here. For our 8 year anniversary, we went to Charley’s for date night. We always look around to see if someone we know is working, but we didn’t recognize anyone. We asked to seated on the patio because it was so gorgeous that evening. As we sat, we were met with a bright and smiling face. She introduced herself and recommended our favorite, the hot crab dip. She told us about date night and the drink specials to go with them. She recommended other items and really talked up other drinks and items on the menu. As someone who worked in the service industry and a husband who is in sales, we respected everything she was doing. All with a smile on her face and the best personality. Riley/Ryleigh (forgive me I am not sure how she spells it) was amazing. And we will be going back sooner because of her.“

“I had a great experience at this Applebee’s. The restaurant was very clean, fresh, and well organized, which made dining here even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was served hot and tasted great, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout the visit. You can tell they care about maintaining high standards. “Some days I’d give 5 stars. Other days I swear I’ll never go back. If they were any kind of consistent it’d be great, but some days it’s rubbish. My dog liked it today tho, so that’s good I guess.
Update. 2 years later. Still garbage. Chicken burnt. Sweet tea wasn’t sweet and it was weak. Quesadilla had a pile of cheese and chicken in the middle, no sauce, and the rest was just warm tortilla. I know it’s a menial, thankless job, but it’s still your job. Do it right or don’t do it at all. Also, the cashier was slow and clueless. Never got the hot sauce packets I asked for, but I do have a lot of mustard that I didn’t want at all. When you could still go inside the floor in the kitchen was always wet… I never figure out why that was. Whoever is in charge of this place should really be ashamed of themselves. What could be a really nice quality place is just a travesty.
Update 5-12-23. Much cleaner inside, help was friendly, food was great. I’ll keep coming back and give back one star each time it’s still good!
