Excellent view of the town. Did not eat. We had couple of drinks. Service was good. Atmosphere was great just to hang out. Heard pizza was excellent.

Beautiful views and sunsets Menu could be more varied to have items for those with food sensitivities. First visit the Staff was polite and service courteous. Second visit the clientele that were inconsiderate who blocked the elevator, walkway for bar area and tables and completely ignored people excusing themselves to pass through there should be a sign to leave pretentious attitude at home. We left due to those customers

Nice rooftop bar and cafe on top of the Hotel Weyanoke in Farmville Va. Food and service were good. Views are great, you can see the mountains if you look to the west. Great spot to relax at the end of the day.

This is the view! I love looking out below when I come up here. Located at the top of Hotel Weyanoke, this is a great place to have drinks and even dessert.You don't even have to stay at the hotel to come here, but it's very convenient if you do. The warm summer days are coming to an end, but fall drinks have us coming back for more.The staff here is always good, even though it gets a little busy. I always look forward to coming back!

Stunning views from the rooftop at sunset from any angle you're sitting. We had desert and drinks. The chocolate pecan torte was rich, flavorful and enough for six people. My eight year old gave it two thumbs up and we agree! Enjoyed drinks on the rooftop and our server was great!

Drinks were great, atmosphere awesome, Food was good......service was terrible. Fries were undercooked for my liking and I asked for ketchup that I never got. Napkins provided were cocktail napkins and with a chicken sandwich layered with pimento cheese that ended up being a sh#t show. Took forever to get drinks - highly recommend going directly to bar yourself. Had to go to bar to pay bill. We had one person bring us drinks, another the food, another pre-bussed and check deliverer was missing in action. Lots of folks talking about the bad service.
Recently visited here with my daughter, plenty of staff on hand, the food & drinks were very good, and priced very reasonable. We'll be back for sure.My only complaint would be, we ordered Pimento Cheese & Chips as an appetizer, ran out of chips with a quarter bowl of cheese left, we were not offered more chips, the server just picked the plate up and walked off with it, never even asked if we were done with it or wanted more chips.

Love, love, love! Most beautiful place to eat! Makes you feel like your no longer in Farmville, but instead can enjoy the view from above. The drinks are great and the Caesar salad is to die for! In the warm weather days don't miss out on this experience.

We stayed at the Weyanoke Hotel and came up to the rooftop after our dinner at Tap Root. We sat at the bar counter and enjoyed having a nice bartender. By suggestion of the waitress downstairs we ordered the Banana Hammock (off the menu drink). It was sweet and tasty which made for a nice after dinner drink. The view is beautiful and you really can't go wrong sitting up there soaking in Farmville.
