I've never left a review like this but unfortunately the Hardee's in farmville, Virginia is awful. they really need someone to come in and train them on customer service. If you go through the drive thru they ask you to please hold and I don't have an issue waiting but the problem is they leave the mic on while they have a 5 minute conversation while your waiting and plus there is no one in front of you. Went to the Hardees in Farmville, VA today- Waited in line for 10 minutes to place order & finally someone spoke into the intercom to say "They were closed because they had no cook for the day (what was she doing there then?)

Hardee's is a fast-food restaurant with mixed reviews. While some customers have had disappointing experiences with overcooked burgers and slow service, others have had more positive experiences with freshly made food and friendly staff. The restaurant's biscuits, such as the loaded omelet biscuit, have been a highlight for some customers. The inside is very clean and the friendly girls working the register provide good customer service and good conversation. The fresh tenders are always worth the wait and come with a bold bbq sauce. There is a large selection of items to choose from and the food is always fresh and tasty. There is plenty of parking, some of it not so close, and it is big enough for busses and cars with trailers. Wheelchair ramps are at the entrances with parking spots on either side of the main door. The employees are spirited and try their best, with the amazing Shift Manager teaching, fixing orders, and taking orders.
