The service has really gone downhill. It was never the best service, but now, it doesn't serm worth it to try it. They hardly ever have all the items or enough staff to serve customers properly. On my last visit, I spent $20 on 1 meal with adding a couple extra pieces of chicken. I got the correct meal but barely enough fries for a child size portion when my order was NOT a kids meal. I'm not impressed by this store. They don't have any drive or care that you are waiting. I've had chalupas fall apart, burnt potatoes, missing items etc. And always wait at least 10 minutes, even when it's just me there. Avoid this Taco Bell. They don't deserve your time or money.

Went here while we were visiting in Virginia we missed this place so much here in North Carolina used to go to one all the time in Greensboro but they have closed them all since now when we visit Virginia we know where to go love this place the food was great customer service was great in the restaurant was very clean
