The service has really gone downhill. It was never the best service, but now, it doesn't serm worth it to try it. They hardly ever have all the items or enough staff to serve customers properly. On my last visit, I spent $20 on 1 meal with adding a couple extra pieces of chicken. I got the correct meal but barely enough fries for a child size portion when my order was NOT a kids meal. The food itself was OK but one of the pieces of chicken didn't taste right. I had to pull up and wait and didn't realize until after I left that the condiments weren't provided. Why ask what you want and then not provide it? That's my fault for only checking if the food was right. I wish they had better service. The workers are usually nice. But I think the biggest problem is not enough staff and not having enough products on hand.

I'm not impressed by this store. They don't have any drive or care that you are waiting. I've had chalupas fall apart, burnt potatoes, missing items etc. And always wait at least 10 minutes, even when it's just me there. Avoid this Taco Bell. They don't deserve your time or money.

I have to say this location needs help. Went in with a friend to eat ordered our food and waited over an hour for our food. Yes over one hour! There were lots of employees doing nothing and drive through got their food before us eating inside. First they had no fries but they didn't tell us until we saw others not getting fries after an hour of waiting then we got our food 1 hour 10 minutes later then they gave us fries but then had no hush puppies. They said they had none. So their remedy was to give two coupons for one taco or one soft drink on our next visit for Taco Bell. We came for fish not tacos. We asked for a refund once we reached the hour mark and they gave us these two coupons. I went up again asked for a refund they promised a refund then finally got our food 1 hour 10 minutes later. SMH so I finally got a refund after asking for the second time. We watched people after people getting refunded their money and then they started telling people there would be at least a 45 minute wait. I feel bad for this franchisee owner because you have a ton of staff in there and that same staff doesn't know what they're doing. I did see one staff member a man telling the others to get it together because they're losing sales and gotten so far behind. If the owner reads this I live in Amelia my friend was from Louisa she only came to cut my grass and afterwards we came to FarmVille just to come here. Someone needs to come in and train the staff on how to drop enough food for all the orders. You lost so much money yesterday evening.

I've been through the drive-thru here a few times, and the service has always been satisfactory. Last week, I had a meal inside the building, and the service was hideous. It took them forever to get my meal to me. I was tempted to go outside and go through the drive-thru, because that seemed to be the only way I could get anyone to wait on me.
Went here while we were visiting in Virginia we missed this place so much here in North Carolina used to go to one all the time in Greensboro but they have closed them all since now when we visit Virginia we know where to go love this place the food was great customer service was great in the restaurant was very clean

Went here for the first time in 10 years today 4/26/23 Decided to give them another try . I took my lunch break and rode over there placed my order the lady at the counter was nice. 16 minutes waiting they still didn’t have my food even cooked. I said I needed to leave and wanted a refund took them longer to get a manager to give me a refund . I assume the district manager was there and still wasn’t even empathetic or acknowledging my issue . Tried to get her attention but she was busy fraternizing with the employees . When I got a manager to give me a refund he’s like are you sure I can cook it right now . And said I can take it with me since my lunch break was over . I’m like dude I rode a motorcycle here where you want me to put it. Now I’m sitting back at work famished and disappointed yet again with the horrible service of this establishment. They only prioritize drive through what a shame !

So let me start by saying the young lady at drive thru tonight was wonderful very friendly best I've ever come across. I got pulled waiting on my food. But the fish and fries were just warm at best. Everything else was good tho... please tell the young lady at drive thru at 7pm on 11/26 she was great.

The restaurant dine in is always close and the drive thru is so back up. This is the worst place in Farmville. You call and the hang up on you. Everyone is complaining about this. Is this so ridiculous. They getting people order wrong in the drive thru which is an headache cause you have to get back in line to get that taken care of. Something has to be done about this ?
