Owner is rude. Refuses to handle issues. Ignores phone calls. You can't respond to emails, they are returned as undeliverable. Ridiculous ? for the price of Subway these days. Will not return. It would have been so much easier for him to address a small issue.

Terribly grumpy, hostile, argumentative and Impatient. Do Not GO to this Subway. Try another one. You have to know I will never darken this particular doorstep.

I would give this store zero stars. I have visited 3 times and each time was a nightmare. Only one older man runs the store and speaks very little English. If you order from the app it somehow never registers to his store. You can't help you and just looks puzzled. I ordered online parked directly in front of store, when I went to open the door pick it up order door was locked, and he was standing there. Went a few more times to see Open sign is on, and he was in there but again could not enter store. I would advise you to go a little further down the street and go to that Subway. His business has no employees and can not run register. Awful store

So I went in there today and there were already a couple of other people there…an older couple and another girl ,and I had asked them how long they been standing there and they said for a good little minute, so then I went to the door to the back and hollered and he come back up and very rudely, I’m talking real rude come from the back talking about some “WERE CLOSED GO HOME” @4:36 in the evening when the door is unlocked and the sign says 9:30 why are you closed?. It was the foreign guy…me personally I like Anthony and I don’t know if this going to the corporate folks or what but it need to get straight cause I wanted a spicy Italian.

Myself and My husband and his brother went to this establishment @ 6:30pm today sign says open until 9:30. Nothing anywhere says they were closing or closing early . No signage no locked doors.We were greeted rudely , telling us they were closing at 7:30. To not come in the floors were being mopped and he didn’t want to redo them(the man was not in Subway uniform ) the old man working stuck his head out and corroborated what he was saying . They were closing at 7:30. He could’ve handled the situation way better than this.I will make sure to never give subway in Farmville my business again. Beyond disrespectful.

I went in the store and they said they closed in an hour, when their hours are until 9:30pm. When I told them that I would be out long before then, they responded that it was a cleaning night for them, and they’re just not serving customers, I proceeded to leave. I will never come back here again. Ever…

Despite the neon light that says "open" and hours posted on the door until 9:30pm, it's been locked up every night this week and a gentleman sat in a booth and just shook his head no at us. Eventually I called to find out when it closed and was told "there's no guarantee". Guess I'll make other plans!

Absolute terrible experience here today. Everything was going fine till checkout. The 2 cards we used got declined. Something was obviously wrong with the machine and the guy had the nerve to say we were broke thinking we didn't have the money even though we did and he was showed our bank account on the phone to prove it. So we went to the other location and the guy let them know in advance apparently because they knew why we were there when we walked in. We let know what went on at the other location so were able to pay for the food at the second location thankfully proving we did have the funds. Unfortunately they told us to go back to the 1st location and get the food already made the first time instead of making us fresh subs at the 2nd location. So we did because we wanted our money's worth considering it cost over 50 bucks for everything. Upon entry back to the 1st location we were able to get our food but like a coward the guy who claimed we didn't have the money took off to the back so he wouldn't have to face us out of embarrassment for being proved wrong. The lady working with him, I guess his wife, did apologize but he didn't of course. Dude should be ashamed of himself for lying and needs to get the card machine fixed. Don't think I'll be visiting this location again for a loooooong time.

Owner is rude. I work at the AT&T store next door and a vendor that was providing them service had to come to my store and use the restroom because he was told the restrooms are for customers only. Bad service. Bad attitudes.
