I've had multiple bad experiences at this Subway but this time was the last time. Management, specifically, has very bad customer service. I went to go use the bathroom and the janitor offered me to use it even though he was about to clean it. I said "Thanks, I just need to wash my hands." This is where the manager or whoever cut in and said that I can't use it while he's cleaning and told the janitor to wall off the bathroom area with mop buckets. Usually very good. Today however, we had to ask the sandwich technician to change his gloves after he had touched literally everything in the kitchen in between sandwiches. His reply was, " This is the way we do it". So be warned that apparently the way they do it is to contaminate their gloves on every kitchen surface before handling your food. The ice in the ice machine also had a black flaky substance on it. VDH needs to make a visit.
