I am giving a one star only because the food was great! We had walked in and the employees look at us while we stood there at register. We stood there for quite a while and the rude employee kept looking back at us but not once acknowledged us. Then she looks over at us again, I then decided to say, "Do we seat ourselves?" So we did, the waitress later comes over, (one of the worst unfriendly greeting ever), absolutely unpleasant, just took our order, and that's it. After our plates were served, not once did she came by to check to see if we needed anything. She didn't even ask us if we needed straws and sat the drinks down and left. This was a young waitress. Then it was time to pay, again stood at register for over 10 mins. We watched the waitresses look over again several times but didn't come over to check us out. It was just bad customer service all together. We enjoy eating out a lot and are very great tippers. She was left $3 which should have been $0. If she had been friendly to us and was a good waitress, she would have gotten a 10 bucks. Her loss and unfortunately the establishment has loss great customers. But we will NEVER go back there again because of how bad the service was. Word of mouth makes the establishment go far. They need waitress/hostess training class. Treating customers pleasantly goes a very long way.

This is the place to go for a huge breakfast, Mega Breakfast. The pancakes themselves are a meal. They serve breakfast all day long. Food is very good. Large portions. Very reasonable. Staff is super nice and attentive. Off the beaten path, but we’ll worth going. We will be back!

Where to start? Several years ago, I had ordered a hamburger steak plate emphasizing no onion on anything. Got home, my food was smothered in onion. I didn't order from them again for years. Recently, I gave it another shot. I have ordered breakfast several times and have been pleased. Today I decided to order an 8oz sirloin with fries, side salad and toast. I again emphasized no onion anywhere. I told them I hate onion. The price was supposed to be 9.99. I waited for the requested 30 minutes before going to pick up my order. I arrive and am told, they no longer sell sirloins and that a ribeye was prepared instead. After standing there shocked for a few seconds, I agree to take the food even though it's not what I asked for. I was charged nearly $17.00! I was shocked but I was starving so I paid and left. I got home and my salad was smothered in onion and the french fries were barely cooked. I paid nearly $17 for a salad that I couldn't eat, uncooked fries, and a ribeye that I didn't order but hey....the bread was decent I suppose. I am still honestly shocked by this experience and it isn't a mistake I will make again. I will never order from this establishment again. I am disgusted.
