100% worth short drive from highway. Main entrees chicken, brisket, pork chops, pulled pork, ribs, and meatloaf all smoked to perfection. Sides were great, especially greens. Owner/chef is committed to excellence in food and warm atmosphere. Can't wait to return.
Joe is a very personable fellow and enjoys chatting with customers about his craft. He is passionate about how he cooks his meats, which translates into explosive flavor while eating his delicious food. No sauces are needed here.
