The Floyd Country Store was a fantastic lunch experience. I hadn't been here in years. This place has a down home vibe. Lots of merchandise to purchase. My Ruben sandwich was delicious. All employees that I encountered were super friendly. They have music playing on ceryain nights. This place is also on the Crooked Oak Trail.
Went up to Salem VA and the Dixie caverns for the first time and my wife found this place on our route back home. Great little homie store with really good food. In my opinion the best little store in the town.
This was a very unique, fun experience for a Friday night. The food is excellent with a variety of sandwiches and home cooking. The BEST collards ever! The bakery offerings were good, too. There's a section for ice cream treats, and gift items. The groups were good, and we enjoyed watching the crowd.
