A must try if in Floyd if you’re a foodie at all. We had the privilege to eat here on our trip to Floyd 2 years ago, shortly after the Bistro opened, and made sure to eat there again (twice!) on our visit this past weekend. The owner, who also owns Coco Mia next door, is so kind and such a great guy. The food is so amazing and is obviously locally sourced. This place would be able to hold its own in any big city and Floyd is lucky to have it.
The city of Floyd has several very good eateries. The proprietor of Pantoufle Bistro has taken things up a notch. Clearly, he knows a French bistro and understands the tourists visiting Floyd. Wine selection, excellent. Varied dishes. Great job!!
