So lucky to get to know this very cool coffee roasters and becoming my staple coffee beans during my time in Blacksburg. Visited the coffeeshop many times, drove to Floyd just to get their coffee and have a coffee date with my husband :) oh and their bakery is also delicious! Great coffee, in the middle of a small town off the beaten path. The best thing about Red Rooster Coffee is the incredible smells of roasting coffee. They had huge venting pipes in the parking lot right near where we parked. We stood outside and watched the roasting remnants float across the parking lot in the wind. What fun!! They really do offer innovative drinks and delicious food. Most of the time, the staff is super too. I just wish they had a different method of the food and drinks being handed out. Multiple times people have taken my food or drinks because they don't pay attention to the name on it. Just this morning, one barista tried to give my drink to another person, and even when they were told it was mine by the other barista, still didn't finish the drink because the other person...
