I hate that my 9 year old likes the tenders here. It's always a hassle. You can only speak to a computer when ordering through the drive thru and I have never once not had to pull up and wait in their parking lot for a simple 3 piece tender order. Everyone has to pull forward and wait. It's like a used car lot in front of the store because you can never actually get your food at the window.

Came to this location twice now in last 2 weeks. About 7pm. Sat at drive thru speaker, nothing, 3 minutes. Thought they were closed. Tried again as I saw customers at window 2 nights later. Same thing, nothing. Waited 5 minutes or longer. Decided to go inside. Guy was mopping floor. Staff was doing whatever in back. Guy comes up to get a box and load chicken into it. Doesn't acknowledge me in the slightest. I wait another 5 minutes, no one acknowledged me the entire time. Can I just get some Chicken please? If you close at 7pm turn your lights off and close the doors.

I often go to bojangles as the chicken is pretty decent and it’s close to my shop. But seriously I’ve never had a good order of fries. I’ve even circled back and asked what the heck is up with these fries and I was told “They were just made!” When, yesterday at noon? I went today at 11:30 to get some food and got back to my shop and the fries look like they was just cycled over from the day before. I mean these things are pitiful looking. How hard is it to have a fresh order of fries? Everything else seems relatively hot and fresh, but these french fries look bomb and depleted!

wow. coming back to say worst bojangles ever?? every experience sucks. AI thing also doesn’t speed them up. are they understaffed or slow? also, how do you run out of biscuits and mac and cheese way before close? and then proceed to say you can’t give us a refund when you tell us at the window you have neither of the things we wanted? worst bojangles out there!! 🤍

The nicest person I talked to was the A.I. at the drive thru speaker. First employee took my card. No good morning, no nothing. Then a second employee brought over the food, no words. I even said thank you. Nothing. Great biscuits, terrible service

Only complaint would be the ai drive thru. I refuse to use the drive thru and so does my family. We always go inside. Takes the connivence out of fast food, but it’s whatever. The staff is chill

Normally I love Bojangles and this location but today the drive through was taking forever bc the robot was messing up so I got out of the line and went inside to order just for them to forget both my sides that were supposed to come with my meal. Overall this visit pissed me off a lot and the lady working looked like she absolutely hated the world. Very disappointed with today’s visit, hopefully they get there crap together bc I should not be waiting in a drive through for 20mins and then have to go inside.

When ordering there was no real person until you get to the window, fully AI automated drive through. When ordering told them we were going to use the app code for a coupon and ordered breakfast items, we were then told at the window that they do not serve breakfast all day (these items show available on the app at this location) nor do they take they app coupons, which the promo specifically gives you an option to use the code at store. We ended up driving away after 10 minutes at the window and explaining no we do NOT want anything else just remove the items from the ticket not available in general or with the coupon, we will just get the number 10 we ordered, she continued to try to charge our card 19+ dollars. I do not understand where the disconnect is but we will not be coming back.

Attempted to order at the drive-thru, got an AI. AI took the order, got to the window and was told they don't serve breakfast all day anymore and needed to order something else, coupons have to be used online (despite the coupon saying IN STORE and the website claiming they serve breakfast all day). Had to tell woman at the drive-thru window three times to void half of the order, which she still didn't. They then attempted to charge me $18 for what should have been one remaining meal, at which point I realized they had no idea what they're doing and left without even getting my food. Pure incompetence at all levels.
