Normally I love Bojangles and this location but today the drive through was taking forever bc the robot was messing up so I got out of the line and went inside to order just for them to forget both my sides that were supposed to come with my meal. Overall this visit pissed me off a lot and the lady working looked like she absolutely hated the world. Very disappointed with today’s visit, hopefully they get there crap together bc I should not be waiting in a drive through for 20mins and then have to go inside.

Christian walk right away from the counter then someone else took my order he did awesome Job . food was great and the drink was amazing not the service until someone else came it was great

Workers were super friendly Lashaunte was nice enough to let me try the watermelon sweet tea before I ordered a whole half gallon. Lol great atmosphere food was super fresh

When ordering there was no real person until you get to the window, fully AI automated drive through. When ordering told them we were going to use the app code for a coupon and ordered breakfast items, we were then told at the window that they do not serve breakfast all day (these items show available on the app at this location) nor do they take they app coupons, which the promo specifically gives you an option to use the code at store. We ended up driving away after 10 minutes at the window and explaining no we do NOT want anything else just remove the items from the ticket not available in general or with the coupon, we will just get the number 10 we ordered, she continued to try to charge our card 19+ dollars. I do not understand where the disconnect is but we will not be coming back.

Attempted to order at the drive-thru, got an AI. AI took the order, got to the window and was told they don't serve breakfast all day anymore and needed to order something else, coupons have to be used online (despite the coupon saying IN STORE and the website claiming they serve breakfast all day). Had to tell woman at the drive-thru window three times to void half of the order, which she still didn't. They then attempted to charge me $18 for what should have been one remaining meal, at which point I realized they had no idea what they're doing and left without even getting my food. Pure incompetence at all levels.

Person working the register was rude before we even started our order. Bothered when we asked for fresh chicken since the pans were nearly empty. Let us know it would take 20-30 minutes and we said it was okay. Boxed the fries and biscuits and left it on the back counter for those 30 minutes we waited, so the food got cold. Was upset again when we asked for hot fries. Another couple behind us also had their food left on the counter uncovered for over 10 minutes and was still not covered when we left.

The automated drive though is awful. Makes the experience take so long and painful and they have to ask you what your order was at the window anyways, so what is even the point? Customer experiences are enhanced by real human interactions, not by AI services. Not everything is made better with technological advances.

Computer order at drive up is a total joke. Then nobody inside would answer questions. Then they left food off. Will NEVER EVER go back. SuCKS!!!!
