As a connoisseur of American and Thai cuisine, Pho is not typically in my line of fire for dinner outings. But a friend recommended it and pulled me along. Fast and friendly service, and the pho is terrific. There's another place in town that has good pho, but it's way salty, and the wait times are really long. Pho Viet is convenient to Forest, but worth the drive from anywhere else in the area. And the big screen digital photos are nice to view when you dine in.
