The food is usually good and fresh here. I've only had a few mess ups but they have no problem making it right. I just hate that they almost always have you pull forward even when there isn't a line.
I got the wrong sandwich with my order, took it back to show them, and instead of asking if I wanted to keep it the employee just tossed it in the trash. No apology for giving me the wrong sandwich, he couldn't understand what the right sandwich was, another employee from the kitchen had to come and ask me what I wanted because this cashier was so incompetent lol just a mess
I've come to this Burger King several times lately. They always have great service & great attitudes that help you feel good or feel better than before you came in. The food is good & usually the right temperature. Sometimes the fries are cold, but they still taste good. They always get my order correct. They always get my order to me quickly. The lobby is clean every time I come in. They've never locked me out of the lobby, unlike another BK in the area when...
