I was really looking forward to my large NY-style pizza tonight and was excited when it arrived in under 40 minutes. The driver was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
When I opened the box, I was immediately disappointed. The pizza was sparse—barely 4-5 pieces of sausage and even fewer peppers. Still, I figured I'd let that slide because at least it got here quickly.
But then came the real problem: I took a bite and pulled out a large piece of hair. Disgusting. What makes it worse is that this exact thing happened the last time I ordered from this Domino’s, which is why I had stopped ordering in the first place.
I called the store and spoke to a young woman who was very nice, but clearly not equipped to handle the situation. I asked to speak with a manager, and his response was a dismissive “I’m sorry.” When I told him I wouldn’t be ordering again, he replied, “That’s funny because no one else has complained.” Not exactly the professional response I expected. He claimed he issued a refund—time will tell if that actually happens.
In short, do yourself a favor and skip this location. Quick delivery and a polite driver can’t make up for poor quality and unsanitary food.

I was charged 1.09 for sauce for my order of garlic knots. I have been getting at least one sauce every time for free until tonight. I thought that was really messed up.

They are always there when I need them. I know exactly what I am getting and when the urge strikes just bam order it and in a few minutes I can go pick it up or have it delivered. Consistently good - thanks.

I mean, it was a Friday night and I used to work at a domino’s so I get it, but the food was cold, missing the garlic on the crust, missing the buffalo sauce on the (custom) buffalo pizza, it wasn’t cut very well, and it took an hour to get to me. The driver was nice and the stuffed cheesy bread was done right though.
I had a gift card that was activated but was not working with their system. The manager tried several different solutions. Finally said hey buddy, don't worry about it we'll just cover it this one time. Great customer service. I am a senior customer service rep for an insurance and finance company and he really impressed me. Eventually the car did work and I use the balance at that store.

They are the only ones to deliver to my house so they get extra stars for that, however the Brooklyn style Xlarge is completely misadvertized - there are only 6 pieces that barely fed my family of 3. I got one piece. I do not like that. It is not X large by any means. They need to reevaluate that pizza to be more acurate, please!
