Ordered delivery from Dominos tonight (01.12.24). It NEVER came. Called the store and was told that the drive knocked on the door and no one answered. My sister was on the front porch and my bedroom I can see the porch and anyone coming or going. A one star is a bit too good for this.

I mean, it was a Friday night and I used to work at a domino’s so I get it, but the food was cold, missing the garlic on the crust, missing the buffalo sauce on the (custom) buffalo pizza, it wasn’t cut very well, and it took an hour to get to me. The driver was nice and the stuffed cheesy bread was done right though.

I had a gift card that was activated but was not working with their system. The manager tried several different solutions. Finally said hey buddy, don't worry about it we'll just cover it this one time. Great customer service. I am a senior customer service rep for an insurance and finance company and he really impressed me. Eventually the car did work and I use the balance at that store.

They are the only ones to deliver to my house so they get extra stars for that, however the Brooklyn style Xlarge is completely misadvertized - there are only 6 pieces that barely fed my family of 3. I got one piece. I do not like that. It is not X large by any means. They need to reevaluate that pizza to be more acurate, please!

I used a coupon on my online order and got charged almost double at pick up. Tried speaking with the manager BJ about it and he was SO RUDE and unprofessional! I was told it wasn't his problem and was refused a refund for the difference. I will drive an extra 15 minutes to NEVER go to this store again!!!
We’ve enjoyed this location previously. But our most recent visit has made us order from other locations. I went in to purchase and pick up a pizza. Unfortunately, my card declined due to a technical error (gift card). The cashier spoke with her supervisor while I was trying to sort it out. The cashier made a scene of it in front of the other patrons (She looked at the card and said “I don’t know what to do with that”, which was humiliating. Before I could get a word in they cancelled the order, andpromptly tossed the pizza in the bin and said “Have a nice evening”.Went to another dominos (Wards Rd) and they were patient enough to manually put in the card, super helpful.

I hope you hire someone that can follow directions.. Called in a order and pacifically told them how I wanted it and when I got there came inside and reminded them once again and they still screw it up… that was my last trip!
