This location is a well oiled machine and deserves recognition. I came in to grab a quick lunch and the line was very long, but I decided to wait. I ordered within 5 minutes of arriving and had my food very shortly after. I heard one employee mention (very professionally) that they had an employee call out and that's why the line was so long. Ordered the firehouse hero and steak and cheese subs and a cup of soup. The bread was soggy and the chicken and dumpling soup, while it tasted fine, barely had any meat or dumplings in it (just broth basically). It's not worth the money. Better off going to Jersey Mike's or Potbelly instead. The price is too much ($40 for two people) for a mediocre lunch. At least the pickles were fresh lol.
