Love their coffee but the service is horrible.. females that we dealt with numerous times have zero personality and make it seem like a chore when you ask for something as simple as a stir stick which they claim they do not have. Would be a great improvement to have simple wooden start sticks on hand and for them to at least greet you with a smile cannot act like it's a chore for them to be there.
If someone is ordering a bunch of specialty drinks OR food, move them forward and take the next order. Cars backed into the road while waiting 15 mins for one car to move. Keep it rolling!
I love Joe Bean's but this location, not so much. I've been to this location 3 times in the 6 weeks of living in the area and all 3 times we've had mediocre hot drinks. Also, all 3 times we've waited considerably longer at the window than the other Joe Bean's we've been to. At this JB there's always an issue too, like trouble getting our order correct. After 3 tries here, we will never go back to this location.
