Pickup here was horrible..several things wrong! You don’t realize it until your 45 minutes away
Not a good selection but they do have courteous clerks.
I used to love the Kroger in Forest but after having 2 issues with the store, I will think twice about it. First, the pharmacy didn't give us enough medicine for a 90 day prescription, they shorted us a box. When we realized there wasn't enough medicine, my husband went back to the store to explain the situation. The employee who helped him was POSITIVE it was correct but when they realized their error, they handed him another box of medicine, no apology or acknowledgemen

When we realized there wasn't enough medicine, my husband went back to the store to explain the situation. The employee who helped him was POSITIVE it was correct but when they realized their error, they handed him another box of medicine, no apology or acknowledgement of their error. Then today, when checking out, the cashier rang up the previous customer's groceries with my groceries and I was charged for everything. Luckily I realized this before I left. Unfortunately this couldn't be resolved at the register, I had to go to customer service. After explaining what happened, the employee pulls out his cell phone and adds up the items, he received a total of somewhere around $57. I told him I wanted to add the items up myself, they came to $88, and unfortunately I forgot to add in the tax I paid. I probably should have asked for a manager for help but I needed to get home. You can do better Kroger, I won't be shopping there any more!!
We prefer Kroger, by far, over other non-specialty grocers, in the area. Excellent selection, good deli, decent meat counter and frozen section.

Very great , thank you so much you all
This store is very clean and fully stocked and the workers are very nice.
Kroger's is my store! I shop there every week as the selection of products is better than any other grocery store!
This the most Fantastic Kroger ever

Really frustrated with Kroger Clicklist here. Over the last several months there have been several instances in which our order is not ready on time. Sometimes hours later. It interrupts the schedule for our day. They need to not allow so many customers to submit orders if they cannot handle the load.
Loud machines running you down while trying to shop, no cashiers or hamburger at 545am on the 4th of July...wasted my time driving 15 miles to shop Kroger only to have to return to Bedford Walmart to do my shopping. Even they have someone available to run a register per customer request.
I love Kroger. Great people, clean store and great prices!!
I have been a loyal customer...and if it wasn't for your meat dept and especially Ben & Sean in that dept...I wouldn't come in at all anymore. NEVER enough registers open, rude cashiers and bag persons...I mean really, putting a watermelon in same bag as tomatoes? And when I asked them to separate the two items I get eye roll!! Thats fine, you obviously don't care for your customers anymore. I noticed there are TOO many chiefs & not enough Indians as the saying goes! And that being said, poor management!
I love the gas and shopping here since it's so close by. Plus it being open 24 hours gives me a great chance to shop late after work.
