I do not recommend using the Online Pickup. There were a few issues with my pickup: 1. The employee that put my groceries in my vehicle deci to throw everything in and had no regard for the glass and eggs. 2. the chicken breast was put on top of my "fresh" fruit. 3. The "Fresh" blueberries are a day away from being bad. 4. The burger meat is a day away from being bad. Needless to say, I will no longer be using Kroger and will stick with Walmart. Crazy to say that.

Manager here is complete a hole bought merchandise and was still rude to me worker was making jokes about me and my friend rude ones overall I'd stay away from this Kroger not a great place to be aswell as selling products I've found to be outdated

The service here has been consistently an issue with under-staffed - no matter the hours. Whether midday or late, there are multiple sections closed or unavailable.This has resulted in very poor service that has declined over the past year.

I used to love the Kroger in Forest but after having 2 issues with the store, I will think twice about it. First, the pharmacy didn't give us enough medicine for a 90 day prescription, they shorted us a box. When we realized there wasn't enough medicine, my husband went back to the store to explain the situation. The employee who helped him was POSITIVE it was correct but when they realized their error, they handed him another box of medicine, no apology or acknowledgemen

I adore a great sale. This was my haul, well mostly. Grass-fed Beef, Lamb, and Bison on sale. My heart is full of gratitude for not having to pay full price or drive an hour to a place that rhymes with Old Moods. Plenty of parking and friendly staff.

Slow as Christmas. I've been standing at customer service for 20 minutes waiting on the 1 teenager that is staffing it to actually get to me.
This store is very clean and fully stocked and the workers are very nice.

This kroger is ran by teenagers who dont wear masks, and dont enforce masks. Im convinced theyd hire literally ANYONE who applied. We had some random dude in a hoodie check us out, no kroger badge and no mask. Not a good kroger even though its large and fancy

The Forest Kroger pharmacy is fantastic!! All the technicians are very friendly and always check to see if we can save money! The pharmacists are all excellent. Our two dogs LOVE to go through the drive through even if they are riding in the motorcycle sidecar! They always get lots of attention and always a "cookie" or two!Thank you all!

I enjoying going to this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They just remolded and it looks amazing. Definitely recommend this Kroger location.

The pharmacy is not good at all. No one seems to know what they are doing. One time I had a doctor call in a prescription, when I called to check on it, the pharmacist claimed it wasn't called in. Then she put me on hold after I insisted it was and claimed, she didn't check the message correctly and intact it was called in. On another occasion, I called to check in a prescription was ready, the tech told me there was nothing for me and to go to another kroger, but she couldn't tell me which other one in town. I questioned this, why would I circle around searching for my Prescription, then i verified my birthday again, and she says "wait, I have it"... what the???!! Was she even in the right screen? I literally spelled out my first and last name to her like a first grader and said my birthday repeatedly.This place worries me. This was simply for ibuprofen, I can't imagine others that are getting cardiac and blood pressure meds here.No one seems to have a brain. Not even the pharmacist .I tried with multiple chances at this place and they repeatedly fail at simple tasks.ZERO STARS FOR KROGER PHARMACY ON FOREST RD
