Worst Mexican food I've ever had. I used to live in the DC area where there are many , many Mexican restaurants and most are quite good. I heard the food was supposed to be good here so I gave it a try. My God, it was some of the worst food I've ever had, let alone the worst Mexican food I've ever had. It was like bad cafeteria food. I'm amazed this place is still in business. If you have no clue what good Mexican food is supposed to taste or look like, then maybe you'll be okay with it. Even Taco Bell surpasses this place.

Be aware that a “large queso” is $16 and some change. Costing more than almost every meal on their menu.
The food was great. But 2 days later, I’m still sick to my stomach that I was charged nearly $17 for some melted cheese.

We ordered food for pick up through DoorDash and made sure it was the right location. We got confirmation texts and texts that our order was ready for pick up. My boyfriend went in to pick it up and they didn’t have it. He showed the employees the text messages and that he ordered from the correct location. They just told him he could make another order and pay for it. Not a great way to deal with customers. Let’s use some problem solving and work on our customer service. He should have been refunded.

Was at forest location today for a to go order. Ordered my meal with rango which is usually a Dollar upcharge. Instead got queso and charged for queso which is little over $ 4.00
They argued with me that I said queso for almost five minutes back and forth . Finally they gave me rango took queso back . Then refused to refund queso .

Never got my food and my friend never got his sweet tea. I had to go ask for it again and they made me wait another 30 minutes. I will never be going here again. Very disappointed.

Fantastic, fantastic food but frankly disappointing service. Servers repeatedly left drinks unrefilled while socializing at the host stand. The only thing saving the experience was the food, which excelled in both taste and value.
