This location has the slowest workers I have ever seen I came into the location for a pickup order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived and didn’t leave until half an hour after the order was supposed to be ready

I went into subway today around 4pm, and was very pleased. It was clean and the worker was very kind, and respectful. I will be going back!

The employee that was making our sandwich must not like his job. He seemed very unhappy to be there. When my daughter asked for mayonnaise he got a pissed look on his face and put 1/2 the bottle of mayo on her sandwich. She ended up just throwing in the trash when we got home. Not a good experience- I expect more from Subway.

Horrible staffing, Lynchburg has poor customer service in general, but they redefine the definition of bad customer service here. It hard to order when every time they ask you a question about the food they seem genuinely angry at you and like you’re a burden. I know no one wants to work in customer service and it can be extremely taxing and exhausting to work in the food industry. But there is zero effort to make a positive impression here, fake or genuine. There is however, a strong effort to make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. Unfortunately this is the best subway in town as far as food goes, but everything else about this place is awful.

Very poor excuse of a Subway. Management very clearly doesn’t care. They recycle through young workers that clearly don’t want to be there. Extremely rude service and poor sub builds. Never going back.
Will not be back here. This is the 2nd out of 3 times I've came and had to ask people (kids) to change their gloves because they have touched their clothes, hat or hair!!! This time a young boy with curls on the top of his head was messing with his hat and clothes. Then when I asked him to change his gloves he did it with an attitude and was SLAMMING the pizzas. He half tail made the subs and never once smiled. I asked him for salt and pepper and he made sure to over do it. Can't even eat my sub to the extra salt taste!! If you don't wanna work with the public then find another job!! But if you gonna make food don't touch your freaking hair or clothes!! 4/27/24 2:43 pm

Subway needs to start getting orders correct and stop charging customers for items they never received!!!!’
December 24th, 2023 came into first subway…worker (glasses with knot on forehead), working alone…attitude was terrible in process of ordering food she said turkey is out and she did not feel like cutting any since store was closing early…asked to substitute and she said no…then her attitude was so nasty when it came time to get a drink…told her attitude was nasty and she stopped with a store with customers and hollered I was just telling you….this is unacceptable…

This subway is head and shoulders above every other location in the area. Friendly service, always quick to make your sub, very clean as well!

thank you all to my great coworker who made my year of working there the best. tracy you’re the goat one of 2 of the best managers there (megan tyree). pete you will be missed greatly you are another one of my favorite coworkers who made working there a little less horrible. ruth i have nothing to say to you. you have been AWFUL to almost every employee who is currently working there and the ones who have left because of how negative you are. thank you all of my great coworkers who made it a little less awful. stay great and blessed!

Good experience, what I except from Sbway, courteous staff, good food
Ordered three subs on line. One was correct and the other two were wrong. Ordered two footlong sweet onion steak teriyaki and got skimpy chicken. Some onions and peppers were bad cuts being large and not appropriate for the sub.I usually go to the Subway below Fresh Market and I don’t plan to try the Forest one again.Getting one order wrong is one thing but having two subs incorrect is bad business. Since they made them chicken and not steak they could have at be least put in enough chicken pieces to find. The onions and peppers were much more plentiful than chicken. With the price of gas I am not interested in driving back and forth to get it right.
