Trio has been outstanding the last couple of times we have had curbside! Burgers and wings hit the spot!
Good restaurant, like many others facing staffing issues and is only curbside at the moment I believe. I've had most of their pizzas now. In my opinion they tend to undercook the pizza a tad so I now ask for it to be cooked a couple of extra minutes. Since it's brick oven it tastes a lot better when you get that slight bit of char on the crust. The boneless wings are also very good here.
There is only one reason I will not go back to this place and it’s the MANAGER Josh. He was rude, obnoxious and argumentative when I was explaining to him about my pizza toppings being literally raw. He also said I can not get garlic on my pizza any longer because the is no key to punch it in. Punch it in? Really? I’ve been getting it this way for a year! Management is everything but not at this place!! I will miss it because I love the rest of the staff and my one and only favorite pizza there.
The service was great the pizza was good and the bone in wings were good I got the meat trio it was good but the bottom of pizza could have been cook longer and they need more kitchen help
This was my family's first time eating at Trio but it won't be our last. I ordered a Big Tone burger with Cajun fries. The food was delicious...very fresh and great taste. The staff was friendly and attentive. My family and I will definitely be back soon.
we ordered to go from here for the 1st time it wont be the last the food was delicious and the guy who waited on us was so friendly and wonderful Im pretty sure this was Thursday evening and I called to tell the manager to give props to the server i believe he said his name was Colby but wanted to say it was a great experience all the way around!! will be back!
Had a very pleasant experience. We were quickly seated and promptly attended to by our waitress who was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. They were quite busy but the staff was bustling and taking care of everyone.
Tried them out for the first time yesterday and overall the food was good but there’s room for improvementAt first glance I was disappointed in the lack of chicken on the chicken & garlic and also lack of fresh basil on the margherita but the taste made up for that. Both pizzas were very flavorful, especially the sauce on the margherita. The wings were also pretty goodOne thing that also stood out was a lack of professionalism among some of the staff. Personally it really didn’t matter since I was getting takeout but if you’re dining in you may hear some foul language. I get it, kitchens are hectic, stressful places and it’s not for the faint of heart but a little self control would improve your image
My wife and I came in on 8/27/21, approx. 12:10pm. We had a nice server, Brian. Let me say we have eaten here at least 30 times over the last 5 years, and it has always been very good. This time was NOT. We ordered a Pizza and side salads. It took forever to get the salads, as Brian said he had to make them himself, and it was not very fresh, but tasted ok. The pizza, was the worse pizza, I have ever had out in a restaurant. It was soggy, and bottom of it wet and not good. I could not believe it. I know you things are hard right now. And can see by my other reviews, I'm a positive person. We will came back one more time to see if it has been corrected. Sorry, for the review but you earned it.
I haven’t been to Trio in a few years so I was excited to go back because I’ve always had pleasant experiences there. This was not the case this time, unfortunately.I ordered one bloody mary and it took 15 minutes to get it. My boyfriend ordered a pizza and I ordered a burger. We waited around an hour to get our food and when it got to our table, it was not worth the wait. He ordered the garlic chicken pizza and it was more like a buffalo chicken pizza and it was barely cooked and certainly not hot. My burger was much better than his pizza but still not worth the hour long wait. We weren’t expecting to be at lunch for over 2 hours.Trio has really gone downhill and it’s extremely unfortunate.

Short staffed just like other places, but since I drove 20 min to dine in, shouldn't have to wait an hour for burgers. Management should have stopped taking to-go orders, and focus on the dine in.
Good place laid back. Clean and plenty of tvs to watch
Food was ok definitely had better and besides the bad food there was a lot of yelling and profanity coming from the kitchen
Love it here and new lunch specials ?
Food was delicious and prepared well. Our waitress did a great job and was very helpful.
