IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MILITARY BADGE, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I found out the hard way. I’m visiting for the weekend with my job and ordered take out. When I was going to pick it up, navigation took me to military base gate security. I called Marcos and explained. They do not have drive-thru. That is a pick-up window only. I most times want little to no human interaction. I believe you can order online or call in, which is fault. It was my first time going to this establishment. Customer service was nice. They let me order threw the pick-up window even though I was not supposed to. They have a ton of toppings, the wait was 20 minutes for an XL, the XL is an XL to me, a ton of options for all eaters, and it is wheelchair accessible. All...
We were very impressed with the customer service tonight and how friendly Keith (general manager) and the rest of the staff were!! We will be going back! Thanks for the laughs and showing our boys that there are still nice people!
