My first experience at Panera Bread was unfortunately disappointing. We went through the drive-thru for lunch and ended up waiting around 20–30 minutes for our order. After waiting that long without any updates, we decided to go inside to check on our food and see what was causing the delay. 100% recommend ordering online. Went through the drive thru they said 40 min wait! Went the next day and ordered online prior. It got delayed ~10 mins due to so many orders. Even people dining inside were ordering online! Inside was a little small, but they have outdoor seating as well. Staff wasn't overly friendly but not rude either. Food tasted delicious and fresh/hot.

I mean its ok. Its new. Twice order has been ill prepared. Examples: cherry pieces missing in cherry fresca, dressings missing for the salads...wait is long even if you order ahead on app.
