On more than two separate occasions I’ve waited for 30 mins in the drive through. This is a regular occurrence.
Service is really good.
Waited 15 minutes for a salad and bowl of soup. Salad had literally 4 bites in it. Didnt put a fork or spoon or napkin in the bag. Staff was friendly.

Panera Bread offers a convenient dining option with both indoor seating and outdoor areas. Customers appreciate the ability to order ahead using the app, which helps avoid long waits during busy lunch hours. Many reviews highlight that food is generally delicious, fresh, and hot, especially when ordered in advance. The menu includes popular items like the breakfast sandwich, which is often prepared quickly and efficiently.
However, some experiences have been less positive. Wait times at the drive-thru can be long, sometimes up to 40 minutes, and delays may happen even with online orders. Communication about delays is appreciated when it occurs, but at times, staff responses can be rude or unhelpful, leaving customers frustrated. There have been reports of incorrect orders, such as missing dressings or fruit pieces, indicating that the restaurant is still improving its preparation process.
Staff members are often described as friendly, respectful, and professional, contributing to a good customer service experience when interactions go smoothly. The location is especially valued by those stationed nearby, as it provides quick service for breakfast, lunch, or after-work meals, making it a welcomed addition to the community. Overall, Panera Bread is seen as a good place for fresh food and efficient service, especially when orders are placed in advance.
