QDOBA Reviews
Do not order from here. We have online and email confirmation from this store yet they claim that we placed no order. They weren’t interested in making it right except by making us enter the store, which negates the reason we ordered online for curbside pick up to begin with. We paid for a frustrating experience and came home with no food.
Don’t go photos posted on face book from worker . Gross , filthy , health code violations
I'd not been to this Qdoba since they moved into their 'new' building, so I went on October 25, 2018.
Long line, that moved fairly well. Friendly staff.
HOWEVER, and it's big however. This place is FILTHY!
If the public areas and along the food prepare area that are visible to the public are this poorly cared for, I hate to imagine what the prep areas/storage areas look like.
I sent a message via the Corporate Website and in 6-days, have had no response...read full review

QDOBA Mexican Eats offers a menu with friendly service, though the dining area could use some improvement. The kitchen maintains high cleanliness standards, and the portions are generous. Customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, though the ordering process could be more efficient at times. However, some reviews mention that the location can be dirty, with floors and tables often uncleaned, and the food line behind the counter covered in spilled toppings and meat. Staff behavior varies, with some customers noting loud and rude employees who talk among themselves and seem inconvenienced when helping customers. On the positive side, the place rarely has long lines, and the staff at the register are often described as fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful, with hot, fresh food. One concern is that chips may not be gluten-free, as some customers have experienced reactions, and hot sauce options seem limited for to-go orders.
