Tonight I went to Burger King in Franklin Va I set in the drive Thur for 20-30 minutes they ask me to hold when I first pulled up no problem but to wait 20-30 minutes am no one comes back an take my order so i decided to leave they didn’t have no customers in the drive Thur nor the inside I don’t know who the manager is for the night shift tonight 2/16/2023 but they need to do better an my son only eats at Burger King I’m truly upset an to wait 20-30 minutes...read full review
Horrible Service; got mad when asked to wipe the cups that had soda all over the outside. Topping missing from both sandwiches. Chicken cooked so dark it look like i had a burger and tasted like old, nasty oil. Grease literally dripping from burger wrapper.
