Stopped here on the conclusion of a roadtrip for a much-needed bite to eat. The got omlette, and it did not disappoint! Very fluffy, cheesy, and jam-packed with care. I tore that thing UP.
The hashbrowns were quite soggy from so much grease though, which is a shame since they're one of my favorite sides. Them being soggy like that usually means someone added more oil on top while they were cooking... don't ask how I know. But that killed it for me.
The peach tea was also quite the letdown. Sweeter than my mom on a Sunday when her grandkids are hungry. Couldn't tell if it was the tea or the additive. But it was not pleasant.

I came to the Huddle House and no one came to say “how may I help you” until about 10 min later After a waiter finally came over to assist. The other workers kept calling her over to ask her to do something else while in the process of trying to take our order. I was looking in the back at the kitchen to see the cleanliness of the place where I’m ordering my food. One of the workers asked me what I was looking for? “I replied, cleanliness”. They started to laugh and continued to congregate with each other while eating something right there at the area where the food is being prepared.. It is a shame that there are limited places to get food in this town and the place where you can get food has a 3 point rating. I give this place a 1 Star just because it was open.

This is the highest review I have given on food from Franklin so far. I ordered their cheesesteak combo and let me say, from a PA person, no one has even touched a Philly cheesesteak down here on any level. Overall, the food given was good, but the portion small. It is served on sandwich bread, Swiss cheese, onions and green peppers with a side of fries. ?????? For over $13.00, I will not order this menu item again. If this is a rendition, I would rate the creation a 1 only because the girl making the food knew how to use that flat top and the directive provided by this restaurant for this menu item. The staff were engaging and friendly. The store was being cleaned. (Work on wiping down menus. :)) I would eat here again, I just will not order this item. :)
Came with my family on a busy Sunday , my daughter got the kids tenders and I got the patty melt with tater tots ! It was sooo good , everything came out fresh out the fryer and hot ! Didn't even have that nasty old grease taste that most restaurants have ! Quickly becoming one of my favorite stop in spots !

This is the third time I've visited the huddle house. Not greeted when enterering, wait for menu and coffee extremely long, today was the last straw. Not one of the 4 in the back, even paid any attention to me. One on break one at the breakfast counter must have finished her shift. Two tables were filled. Didn't see food. It's a shame that this place used to be my go-to place. Now, I will not recommend it! someone should speak to the manager and crew about their lack of customer service.

Disgusting! Food not cooked ( hash browns supposed to be crispy! cold and soggy) and place is filthy. Eggs tasted like old grease. Also, bathrooms have no toilet paper and there is no heat. Hand sanitizer was a friend for sure ( if i had seen the bathrooms before eating i would have walked out). Staff talking about not getting their taxes back. Took forever to place an order and there was only 3 other customers inside. Pretty much yelled at when we first walked in that we couldn't sit at a table where no one was sitting. Paid almost $50 for 2 plates of food that was inedible, a coffee, and 2 cokes. Don't eat here

Went for dinner for my 71st birthday. As soon as we walked in it was maybe 50° in there when it was only 26 outside. People were sitting with their coats on my butt got frostbite from sitting on the cold boost my husband's legs got cold. They said the heat wasn't working and it was warmer in there then than it was in the morning. The money that this restaurant takes in they should be able to afford someone to fix the heat. Food came cold mashed potatoes were cold macaroni and cheese was cold. The waitress did take them back and heat them in the microwave but we didn't even get to finish our meal because it got cold before we could finish. The owners of this restaurant should take pride and they're building and appreciate their customers. It will be a long time before we go back there again.
