This is the cleanest Starbucks I've ever been to, and the staff provided excellent customer service! I ordered a glazed donut and asked if it could be heated up for a few seconds. This is a brand new, newly built Starbucks located in small town America aka Franklin, VA. I remember when the only Starbucks here was in Farm Fresh and once they closed, we had limited options for coffee as residents. So I'm really happy to see that we have Starbucks back and a corporate location too, not just a licensed kiosk in a supermarket.The location is convenient to travelers and those shopping along Armory Drive.
